questions/concerns. Parent Maintenance Workdays, organization/maintenance
needs inside/outside of the facility. Set up/cleanup of meetings & other
functions. Book orders, T-shirt orders, minutes of
all meetings, handbooks, field trip packets and car assignments, keeping
photo album up to date, Make-it kits, scheduling class pictures and any other
written documentation. Payments, tuition, bills, budget, cookbook
sales. Heads Budget Committee. Any change in your participation day
status (illness/trades/subs), permanent subs, early arrival/lunch bunch
calendar, and general membership requirements. Heads Nominating Committee. Tours and information for visitors and new
members, enrollment forms/procedures/requirements, open house. Withdrawal
from program, membership phone lists, partial positions. Heads Partial
Committee. Daily snack-nutrition, kitchen inventory
& shopping, bake sales, refreshments for meetings, Muffin Sunday. Bulletin Boards, scheduling of field
trips, guest speakers (for children), library, science/math display, school
pets. Heads Personnel Committee. Newsletters, flyers, Web site &
advertising.
Shopping Days, grant writing, other
fundraisers when needed. The Chico Nursery School Board of
