parent conferences.
CNS policies & procedures, Board & General
Meeting Agendas, general information, miscellaneous questions/concerns. Parent Maintenance Workdays, organization/maintenance
needs inside/outside of the facility. Set up/cleanup of meetings & other
functions. Book orders, T-shirt orders, minutes of all meetings,
handbooks, field trip packets and car assignments, keeping photo album up to
date, Make-it kits, scheduling class pictures and any other written
documentation. Payments, tuition, bills, budget, cookbook sales. Heads
Budget Committee. Any change in your participation day status
(ilness/trades/subs), permanent subs, early arrival/lunch bunch calendar, and
general membership requirements. Heads Nominating Committee.
Daily snack-nutrition, kitchen inventory & shopping,
bake sales, refreshments for meetings, Muffin Sunday. Bulletin Boards, scheduling of field trips, guest
speakers (for children), library, science/math display, school pets. Heads
Personnel Committee. Newsletters, flyers, Web site & advertising.
Shopping Days, grant writing, other fundraisers when
needed. The Chico Nursery School Board of Directors is here to
